God be all the Glory, Afford Limited was established by Steven Lakamu Siosiua Afford, who hails from the beautiful island of Niue in the South Pacific and has been residing in New Zealand since 1969. With a rich cultural heritage and a strong commitment to excellence, Steven has led the company in creating innovative solutions that reflect his values. Driven by a passion for quality and community, Afford Limited continues to make a positive impact in its industry and the wider community.
At 66 years old, a school dropout and former prisoner embarked on a new journey as a retiree, driven by a desire to start a business in the investment sector. Inspired by the opportunities he identified during his time of reflection and growth after prison, he is determined to build on his experiences and make a meaningful impact. With resilience and a fresh perspective, he is ready to navigate the world of investments and the challenges ahead.
After returning to New Zealand in August 2022, Steven wasted no time and began investing online. With only about $2,000 in savings at the time, he carefully researched various investment opportunities, focusing on high-potential stocks, cryptocurrencies, and emerging online ventures. Despite the limited capital, Steven applied a disciplined approach, reinvesting his early gains and continuously educating himself about market trends and strategies. His persistence and willingness to take calculated risks allowed him to grow his portfolio steadily. Within a year, Steven had not only multiplied his initial investment but also laid the foundation for a thriving business, establishing key partnerships and expanding his reach in the digital investment space. His story is a testament to how determination, strategic decision-making, and adaptability can turn modest beginnings into substantial business growth.
